Order Status:
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including products, total amounts and shipping information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation.

Cancellations:
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Reasons may include:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your order, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
In the event Ankora Collections cancels your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to reimbursement of amounts billed to your credit card for the items cancelled.



Product Availability:
Purchase of Ankora Collections products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.



Back Order Items:
Total payment is required. Because Back Order items are neither returnable nor exchangeable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. Timeframe is from 10 to 20 business days, so please consider this time requirement when placing your order.

Methods of Payment:
The following credit cards are accepted for payment at www.ankorajewelry.com: American Express Card, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. For your security, please be sure that your billing information match your credit card statement information. Ankora Collections reserves the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax (7%) is added on all merchandise delivered to the state of Florida.

Pricing:
Prices displayed on the Ankora Collections web site are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to products you order on this web site and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Shipping:
All packages are shipped via USPS nationwide. Please expect your order to arrive within 5 - 7 business days from the date the order was placed. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will arrive in 7 - 10 business days. For rush and/or overnight shipping services, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at info@ankorajewelry.com.
For international orders, please contact us at info@ankorajewelry.com.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase a Return Authorization form is enclosed with every package. You need to fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, store credit or make an exchange for another product. You can only return or exchange In Stock items. Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs). There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned after 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange, which bears an indication that it was used. Products worn or damaged cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $35 and return the items to you. Any customer doing more than 3 (three) returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will ever be accepted. In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge. Ankora Collections will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Ankora Collections sole discretion.

Special care for your Ankora Jewelry:
Each piece of Ankora jewelry requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care to extend the life of your jewelry so it can celebrate numerous occasions.

Caring for gold plating:
Keep gold-plated jewelry away from hard surfaces. Bumps and scratches will cause the gold layer to wear away faster.
• Store your gold plated jewelry individually, preferably in soft material pouches / boxes with a soft lining or acid-free tissue paper that will prevent scratches.
• Lightly wipe your gold-plated jewelry with a damp cotton cloth. This will help to eliminate any dirt or dust from accumulating on the surface and wearing away the gold layer.
• Use a non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth and gently rub the gold-plated jewelry to restore shine.
• Avoid salt water and harsh chemicals such as chlorine bleach or detergents. Also, avoid hairspray, perfume and excessive perspiration.

Caring for gemstones:
• Store each piece of gemstone jewelry separately so that harder stones don’t scratch softer ones.
• Avoid heat and strong light.
• Never use an ultrasonic cleaner and never use ammonia or any chemical solution since gemstones can be porous and may absorb chemicals.
• To keep your jewelry free of dirt, wipe your jewelry with a clean, soft, damp cloth. This will enhance the luster and assure that your jewelry is clean before being stored.
• Do not subject gemstone jewelry to sudden temperature changes.
