The following Terms of Use govern both your general use of the site and, when applicable, your use of the site to make purchases of www.ankorajewelry.com products.

Information is provided in this website, for your personal, noncommercial use, including the online purchase of the merchandise depicted, and for no other purpose.
Ankora Collections® trademark reserves all of its rights.

7.- PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You acknowledge that although Ankora Collections has attempted to accurately depict the colors of all products offered on the Site, the color displayed is dependent on many different factors including the display of your computer monitor. As such, Ankora Collections is not responsible for any inaccuracies or color variations in the products you purchase from the Site. Moreover, the products may be depicted larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor and/or computer settings. Please also note that since all our products are handmade, not one is identical to the other. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

8.- PRICING
In the case of an error on the price of the product you ordered we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

9.- SALES TAX
Local Sale taxes will be applicable for Florida orders only.

10.- SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via USPS nationwide. Please expect your order to arrive within 5 - 7 business days from the date the order was placed. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will arrive in 7 - 10 business days. 11.- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase a Return Authorization form is enclosed with every package. You need to fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, store credit or make an exchange for another product. You can only return or exchange In Stock items. Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs). There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned after 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange, which bears an indication that it was used. Products worn or damaged cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $35 and return the items to you. Any customer doing more than 3 (three) returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will ever be accepted. In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge. Ankora Collections will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Ankora Collections sole discretion.

12. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ankora Collections officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees from any claims, losses, damages, expenses, demands, and costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees), made by any third party arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

13.- TERMINATION
You agree that Ankora Collections may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your right to use or make purchases through the Site in the event that you breach or violate any of these Terms of Use; and Ankora Collections, in its sole discretion, decides to discontinue access to the Site. You agree that all terminations shall be made in Ankora Collections sole discretion and that Ankora Collections shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account or access to the Site.
